Kukulhu Riha
A local chicken curry, “kukulhu riha” is a great dish to savour morning, noon or night! Served at resorts such as Naladhu Private Island Maldives, this usually spicy curry features coconut milk which gives it a unique flavour and can be enjoyed with rice or “roshi”, a local flatbread.
Mas Huni
Be it at local eateries or the best resorts in Maldives, “mas huni” is a quintessential breakfast dish. Generally eaten with freshly made “roshi” and tea, it consists of tuna that has been shredded and mixed with chillies, grated coconuts and onions; it has some lemon in it too which completes the dish.

Mas Riha
No foodie experience would be complete without sampling some “mas riha”, a traditional fish curry. Usually, the type of fish that is used for this dish is fresh tuna and like most local curries, ingredients include chilli and coconut milk which give it that spicy and creamy element respectively.
