If you’re the kind to explore and be adventurous in Singapore, you’re in for a fun time! Here are a few lesser-known attractions dotted around this city-state.
Singapore Really, Really Free Market
Although this sounds too good to be true, the RRFM is a market where nothing is for sale and goods and services are shared. Anyone with skills is allowed to set up a stall and if you’re looking for something that you want – you’re welcome to have it.
Aliwal Arts Centre
Sporting a number of amazing murals, this is a great spot for those catchy Instagram posts. Most of the murals were painted by street artist Slak Satu.
Lim Chu Kang Jetty
If you’re looking for a quiet spot, away from your base, this is where you need to head to! This jetty is made out of wood and looks out to Malaysia!
Former Queen’s Theatre
Just 15 minutes from Travelodge Harbourfront and other hotels near Universal Studios Singapore, this theatre was opened in the early 1930s. The cinema eventually closed in 1982 but the building itself is a beauty to admire.
