A cosy town by the beach, Hua Hin is a quiet place in Thailand that takes you away from the bustle and noise of the city and other tourist-oriented cities.
The Beach
The Hua Hin beach stretches for about 8 kilometres and is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Thailand. With soft white sand and endless rows of palm trees, this beach is calmer than expected. Not too many people flock to the place, maybe because resorts the likes of AVANI Hua Hin Resort & Villas and more are located right on the beach, making a few parts of the beach private.
Wat Khao Takiab
One of the most popular things to do in Hua Hin is climbing up the Monkey Mountain. To see the temple, you must climb about 100 steps up the mountain, and pass a few curious monkeys on the way.
Hua Hin Night Market
This night market is loved by both the locals and the visitors as it has so many things to offer. From food to unique souvenirs, this place has it all.
Sam Phan Nam
This is floating market, but unlike the other one in Thailand, this market is built on stilts, over an artificially created lake.
