Overview
This modern state museum is located on the west side of the “Wild Goose Pagoda” in Xi’an city. Covering an area of roughly 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of this museum is approximately 55,000 square meters. Fundamental Exhibition Hall
Illustrating the ancient social and civilization development of Shaanxi, the Fundamental Exhibition tries to do this is a lively manner. The hall is 4600 square meters and divided into three different exhibition rooms and seven categories. There are almost 2000 exhibits in this hall alone!
Theme Exhibition Hall
In the west wing of the museum, you’ll find the exhibition of Shaanxi Rare Bronze Wares and the exhibition of Shaanxi Elite Pottery Tomb Figures. You’ll find more than 600 pieces of valuable antique that are rarely seen anywhere else out of which 260 are bronze wares.
