The Island
Perhentian Kecil is a part of the Perhentian Islands clan and is an amazing place to travel to if you want a typical beach vacation that includes all the excitement and views, but at a much lower price.
The Beaches
There are two main beaches on this island. Namely, the Long Beach and Coral Bay. Long Beach is the place to go if you want some nightlife thrown into your holidays. If you want a quieter, chilled space, then Coral Bay is where you must go.
Food and Drinks
There are many local places to eat at, and according to a few travel blogs like The Dine and Wine, there are many beach restaurants that sit right on the sands by the water. Seafood is obviously the main ingredient in most dishes at these restaurants and compared to other parts of Malaysia, the meals a quite expensive in comparison.
Entertainment
If you want to experience a few sleepless city nights, club visits out of town are a recommendation. Perhentian itself has little nightlife, except a few movie screenings and beach parties on the Long Beachfront.
