Polonnaruwa, the ancient city is known for its magnificent history found between many royal and monastic ruins, gracious ponds and majstic edifices. One such wondrous creation that has amazed many those who had crossed its path is the Lotus shaped pond found in Pollonnaruwa, located north of Polonnaruwa Gal Vihara complex.
