Flowers
The stunningly beautiful tropical atolls of the Maldives are home to over 300 plant species. Top flower varieties to take in include the pink rose, the national flower of the country, frangipani, fan flower and the colourful beach hibiscus.
Birdlife
A recorded 170 species of birds can be found in the islands, but do note most of them are migratory. The more common birdlife which can be observed includes the white-breasted water hen, mynas and the common crow.
Marine life
The Maldives is famed for being the home to a wide array of marine mammals, vibrant coral life and more. Coral life
