Almost a decade ago, this architectural giant was erected to take a dominating stage on the skyline of Dubai. Towering to a total height of almost 830m, the Burj has been the tallest structure in the world since 2009.
Best times to visit:
When visiting, we recommend that you come during the hours leading up to the sunset. Though those hours may be a bit more expensive, the view from the top of the setting sun is almost priceless.
Getting to the Burj Khalifa:
Simply ask for navigation or call an uber, you will find this skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai opposite the Dubai Mall making it very easily accessible for all those who are in the vicinity. If you are staying at any long stay hotel apartments in Dubai this will likely become a familiar place of visit for you.
What to expect:
The moment you step in, you are transported into a glorious paradise filled with marble and fine chandeliers. If you are hoping to go to the higher floors, then you can jump into one of the fastest elevators in the world.
What to eat:
Being a grandiose structure, the food is certainly on par with the rest of the building, many restaurants on the upper floors provide an almost 360-degree view of the Dubai skyline. You can even try the Citadines Metro Central Dubai nearby if you wish!
