Ranked among the world’s finest cities, London has a lot to offer in terms of attractions and activity bases. Here’s how to spend two glorious days in the British capital.
Day One – Morning
Kick-off your tour of London with a visit to the iconic Tower of London, which was built back in 1078 and has since served as a palace and a prison in its complex history. Sign up for a tour with the Yeoman Warders and explore this fortress, which also contains a make-shift village representing what community life would have been in the era.
Afternoon/Evening
After a quick lunch at M. Manze, a local pie shop serving classic British fare, take in the views of the Tower Bridge and stroll around this historic area before spending your afternoon in the Borough Markets and Maltby Street.
Late Night
Grab dinner at Elliot’s Café and head over to the Tate Modern for a glimpse of contemporary art before heading back to Pan Pacific London or any one of the other hotels near Liverpool Street to call it a night.
Day Two – Morning
Start your last day in London by exploring the three finest museums in the city, the Natural History Museum, the V&A, and the Science Museum.
Afternoon/Evening
Green Park is the ideal place to grab lunch before signing up for a tour of Buckingham Palace and shopping around in the Burlington Arcades.
Late Night
Before bidding adieu to the English capital, visitors can head over to Soho where they can go bar hopping or enjoy a scrumptious meal at Bar Termini.
