The Falcon hospital in Abu Dhabi is the world’s first falcon welfare institution and it is the first of its kind. The hospital was directed by German veterinary surgeon Dr Margit Gabriele Müller and it is the largest hospital that exists to treat avian birds of prey.
The hospital as a tourist attraction
The hospital is open to the public and anybody can visit here as a tourist. The hospital management offers 2-hour guided tours around the premises and visitors will be able to see the birds being treated by doctors in the facility.
