The concept of watching movies is definitely one of the most universally practiced past-times in the world, and probably one thing that pretty much every person in the civilised world has in common.
One of the best ways to truly enjoy a movie is in the comfort of one’s own bed. If you’re in Sydney, you can now enjoy a very similar cinematic experience, in the presence of about 150 others.
At Paramatta Park, you could experience the best that outdoor movie theatres have to offer, while enjoying the comfort of doing so in a bed.
The event is called Mov’In Bed and is being hotly covered in blogs such as My Entertainment Hub for its simple yet ingenious concept.

It only happens over a short period of time on an annual basis, and is available for a period of over a month during the summer season. There are a total of 150 beds available where even up to three people can share a bed.
Instead of selecting from the latest blockbusters, the event will feature an expertly curated selection of movies to indulge, ranging from international movies to current releases.

There are also critically acclaimed anime films from the renowned Hayao Miyazaki such as Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke. On Sundays, modern classics such as ET and David Fincher’s Se7en are showcased. There are even kid’s nights with films such as Zootopia and The Secret Life of Pets.
If you’re a movie buff and happen to be Sydney during this time, be sure take part in a theatrical experience you will cherish for most probably a lifetime.
